Master Link Assembly A346 is also called G80 Quad Link Assemblies. The sub-assemblies are made from alloy steel for chain slings or wire rope slings with 3 or 4 legs. The subrings will have an engineered flat upon request to avoid mismatching. The master link assembly is suitable for G80 EN818-2 lifting chains. Sizes range from 5.5T to 56.8T and can be customized.

1. It is forged by special alloy steel with high intensity and high toughness, and then it is heat treated;
2. Each workpiece should pass testing at 2 times of working load limit
3. We should carry out strict sampling and breakage testing for each batch of products;
4. We should carry out 100% magnetic powder flaw detection
5. Surface treatment: plastics spraying
6. Color code: red RAL3020/yellow RAL1003.
7. For G80 3-leg or 4-leg chain slings.
