Lever Chain Binder 150 Load Binders

The handle closes down away from the load with more leverage and is drop forged from special bar-quality steel. The hooks are made of heat-treated steel. More take-up for binding greater loads and a smaller handle riveted nose to prevent spreading at the critical loading point.
How Lever Chain binders generally Work
1. Attach to Anchor Points: The binders have hooks on each end that attach to the chain links. One end of the binder is typically attached to an anchor point on the trailer or truck, and the other end is connected to the load.
2. Tensioning: Lever binders use a lever mechanism to create tension in the chain. The lever is operated by a ratcheting action, allowing users to pull the chain tight and secure the load.
3. Locking Mechanism: Once the desired tension is achieved, the lever binder has a locking mechanism that holds the tension in place, preventing the chain from coming loose during transport.
4. Release: To release the binder, the locking mechanism is disengaged, and the lever is opened, releasing the tension in the chain, making it easier to remove the binder.
